The following optional services can be elected when opening a Master Fund Account or any time in the future:

Direct Deposit of State Aid

If you would like the State of Nebraska to send your State Aid payments directly to your NLAF account, complete the State of Nebraska Vendor ACH/EFT Application form. We have inserted our bank information on the form for your convenience.

Sweep Funds to/from your NLAF Account

To move money automatically from your bank to your NLAF account overnight, please complete the Sweep Application Form. You may request sweep services for NO additional charges or fees.

Additional Accounts

To open additional, separate account(s) under the same entity name and TIN, complete an Account Application for each sub-account.

Bond Issue Information

The information provided on Bond Issue Information form will be used by the Investment Advisor/Administrator to prepare reports as to the expenditure of bond proceeds for the Investor as more fully described under "rebate exception services".
